Description
Repair of Academy owned washers and dryers. Check all washers and dryers on site with work orders being priority. Minimum of 20 hours per week, maximum of 30 hours per week, four to five days a week, with weekly phone checks as to repair needs. Vendor will be responsible for repairs only and in the following manner: Minor repairs will be made in the dorms where the machines are located. Major repairs will be made in the shop. Vendor will be responsible for unhooking, hooking, and leveling of machines. (The Academy staff will be responsible for moving and replacing machines) Vendor will furnish a parts list to the Maintenance Department as needed. (The Academy will be responsible for ordering and payment of parts required for repairs.) Vendor must provide all tools necessary for repairs. Vendor is responsible for all applicable insurance to include workers? compensation, general liability, automobile liability, etc. Travel time to and from the Academy is not considered part of cost for this subcontract and is NOT reimbursable by the Academy. Changes: Future changes may be made by mutual concurrence in writing by both parties. This contract will incorporate the following clauses by reference, with the same force and effect as if they were given in full text.
