Description: NA This will be a firm fixed price requirements type contract. Contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, parts and labor necessary to provide termite elimination and pest control services at all Army Family Housing Units on the Isl and of Oahu, Hawaii. This includes locations at Fort Shafter ,FS, Tripler Army Medical Center, TAMC, Aliamanu Military Reservation, AMR, Wheeler Army Airfield, WAAF, Schofield Barracks, SB includes Mendonca Park and Leilehua Golf Course, and Helemano Mil itary Reservation, HMR. The Contractor shall use standard industry standards and practices in the performance of services provided. The issue date for this solicitation is estimated to be on or about 28 July 2003. Response date above is estimated. Actu al proposal due date will be specified in the solicitation and may be earlier or later than 12 August 2003. Period of performance is 1 Oct 03 through 30 Sep 04. This procurement is a 100% small business set aside. A firm is considered to be a small busi ness if its average annual gross receipts for the past three years do not exceed $6.0 million. Rec ommended IT capabilities for contractor systems are 56K modems for website downloads and 2 mb email capacity. This is a recurring requirement. Current contract is a base with one option year and the estimated contract price is $284,710.00.
