Description: NA This office intends to issue a competitive Invitation for Bid (IFB) to provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools and perform all work required for asphalt paving at Fort McCoy, Wisconsin, in accordance with the specifications, wage determination, and other terms of the contract. Work may include excavation of existing base, furnishing and preparing base and shoulders; removal, milling and patching of existing pavement; constructing, reconstructing, and maintaining existing or new asphalt pavement; and pavement marking of roads and parking lots. This will be a requirements contract with a base (12 Sep 2003 - 11 Sep 2004) and two (2) one-year option periods. Total magnitude of this acquisition is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000.000.00 when base and two option years are combined. A 20% bid bond will be required. NAICS Code 238990 applies with a size standard of $12.0 Million.
