Description

NA Amendment Number 4 to DAHA03-03-R-0004 Construct O & T Building at Little Rock Air Force Base 1. Detail 2/C3.1 indicated that concrete pavement to be 6 inches thick. However, other details (3/A1.2A, 1 & 2/A4.3, 1/A4.7) called for 5 inches. The paving shown on 3/A1.2A, 1 & 2/A4.3, 1/A4.7 supersedes that shown on civil. Civil calls for 6 inches thickness if joints shown per C2.1 legend, 4 inches if joints not shown per legend C2.1. Where paving is specifically detailed on arch drawings, arch d etails supersede. These are special situations requiring additional design information. 2. Per Lighting Fixture Schedule/E1.1, lighting fixture SA and SB to be 25 feet pole and 3 feet base but the Lighting Pole Base Schedule/E3.2 called for 24 inches base. Reference Division 7610 Section 1.5.J.1. Change to read: Metal Panels: 16 inches Loc Seam/Loc Seam 360 by American Buildings Company or equal. Roof profile shall match existing roof systems currently installed at installation. Reference Division 7610 Section 1.5.I.11. Change to read: Individual panels shall be removable after installation but prior to project completion in order to replace any damaged panels identified by the government without significantly damaging adjacent roof panels. Significant damage is defined as damage that is visibly recognizable from ground level or is detrimental to the leak tightness of the roof system. Reference Division 2500, Section 2.2.F Change to read: See Division 7900 Section 2.2.B Reference Sheet A2.1 Delete all references to Sound Door located on door schedule in the remarks column. All wood doors shall be solid core doors with STC 31 Acoustic Rating.
