Description: NA Procurement for the joint tactical Radio System Development and Demonstration AH-64D Aircraft Installation Kit. It provides for design, development, and test of an A-Kit under phase 1 and phase 2 with options. The Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee contract with McDonn ell Douglas Helicopter Company, Mesa, Arizona will be made on an other Than Full and Open Competition basis, pursuant to the authority of Title U.S.C. Section 2304(c)(1), subject to availability of funds, and provided that the services and property herein described have otherwise been authorized for acquisition.
