Description
NA SOURCES SOUGHT/MARKET SURVEY. The USA Intelligence and Security Command, Fort Belvoir, VA is seeking industry sources and capabilities briefing for a potential acquisition to provide professional and technical services to continue the Army Intelligence Mas ter Plan (AIMP) program, including the sustainment and continued development of the Automated Assessment Tool, the Military Intelligence Investment Strategy (MI2S) decision support system and the Force Development Investment Information System (FDIIS). In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15.201, the purpose of exchanging information is to improve the understanding of Government requirements and industry capabilities, thereby allowing potential offerors to judge whether or how t hey can satisfy the Government's requirements, and enhancing the Government's ability to obtain quality supplies and services, at reasonable prices, and increase efficiency in proposal preparation, proposal evaluation, negotiation, and contract award. All interested parties should submit a capabilities briefing in response to this inquiry and any comments on the draft SOW. The capability briefing must identify the companys specialized experience and ability to provide the services listed under each task i dentified in the statement of work and should not exceed ten (10) pages. A draft statement of work for this requirement is posted at www.inscom.army.mil. Once at this website, click on INSCOM Organizations, then contracting activities, then solicitations . The draft SOW is posted under the AIMP heading. Additional historical information from the current contract will be posted there at a later date.
