- Description
- It is the desire of the U.S. Federal Government to secure the lowest cost for natural gas supply and the transportation of such natural gas supply to Federal facilities utilizing the most direct pipeline into the serving Local Distribution Company (LDC), therefore the General Services Administration (GSA) is issuing this Request For Proposals (RFP) for pricing of natural gas supply, transportation, and delivery (including any/all directly related ancillary services necessary) of natural gas supply for the various Federal facilities and delivery points contained in Exhibit. Offeror must submit 1 original and 2 copies with original signature on Standard Form 1449 via overnight express mail of this proposal, which includes the requirements outlined in section C.3. DO NOT provide pricing proposals or bids as they will be provided to the Government at the respective LDC auction. These proposals must be must be received no later than 3:00P.M. on July 18th, 2003.
