This process must detail the review process the vendor performs to insure accurate categorization of URLs, 6) Filtering software must have the ability to block unauthorized sites by URL, Internet Protocol (IP), keyword, and user , 7) Additional functions to allow the addition of custom categories of URLs , 8) The ability to implement a safe list overriding vendor provided URLs must be allowed , 9) All URL listings within the URL library must be viewable and editable by an administrator, 10) Logging and reporting of unauthorized activity is required, 11) Preconfigured reports and the ability to customize reports must be available, 12) Reporting of logged activity must detail URLs and allow for correlation of the unauthorized requests to requesting users, 13) Reporting functionality must be off-loaded to a dedicated reporting device to alleviate any risk of performance degradation of filtering devices, 14) Centralized reporting is necessary in the event of multiple units being implemented, 15) Products must be available on GSA Federal Supply Schedule for procurement, and 16) Section 508 compliant (Americans with Disabilities Act). Respondents will not be notified of the results of the evaluation of the data received.
