Description

NA DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES. Plan, program, administer, manage, and execute the work necessary to provide the specified services. Provide personnel, management, and other items and services not Government furnished necessary to perform Custodial Services as d efined in the Performance Work Statement (to be included in the RFP) at Fort Lewis, Washington. Comply with applicable Federal, State, and local laws, regulations, codes, technical manuals, manufacturer's instructions and recommendations, and acceptable co mmercial practices in the delivery of required services. The following appendices will be furnished in the Request for Proposal: Appendix A (Estimated Workload Data), Appendix B (Historical Sq. Ft. Data), Appendix C (Historical Supplies Data), Appendix D (Estimated Cleaning Frequencies to meet Government Minimum Standards), Appendix E (Definitions), and Appendix F (Sample Monthly Report). Service Delivery Schedule/Plan. Contractor shall develop and maintain a Service Delivery Schedule/Plan. The plan shall address the following: management and operational procedures for the delivery of required services for each category, including perfor mance schedule, (days of week for each category) coordinating, quality control, purchasing, Government property control, environmental management, and record keeping and reporting using all the Appendices provided by the Government. Contractor to perform all required services identified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and in accordance with the Building Owners and Management Association (BOMA). This Contract is to be awarded as multiple year, base plus 4 options years. The initial Period of Performance is expected to be 01 February 2004 through 31 January 2005. The proposed procurement listed here is 100 percent set-aside for 8(a) business concerns. There is no geographical restriction, the SBA tracking number is 7700-03-305079. NAICS Code: 561720.
