- Notice of intent to award a sole-source contract to NativeMinds, Inc., 490 2nd Street, Suite 300, San Francisco, CA 94107. The sole-source award will be made for the purchase of the following service: Maintenance of Neuro Server Software. The vendor must provide to the Licensee during the term thereof, with such corrections, improvements, and updates to Licensed Software and Documentation which NativeMinds makes generall available to other licensees of the same products. Maintenance shall include updates, minor enhancements, and bug fixes. The vendor of the maintenance shall provide to the Licensee such corrections, improvements and updates to Licensed Software Libraries as are provided to other licensees of the same products who pay annual maintenance or subscription fees. The vendor shall provide to the Licensee telephone trouble resolution service between the hours of 9 AM and 5 PM PST, Monday through Friday, exclusive of holidays, to assist the Licensee in identifying, verifying, and resolving problems with licensed products. The Defense Reutilization and Marketing Service intends to issue a sole-source contract to NativeMinds under FAR Part 6.302-1 (only one responsible source will satisfy agency requirements) no later than August 1, 2003. This will be a firm-fixed price contract. A solicitation will not be issued. See Note 22.
