Description

Preventive maintenance and Emergency repair service for heating, ventilating and A/C systems in buildings I, III, and IV at the approval and Certification Center, Triadelphia, West Virginia. The contractor shall provide quarterly preventive maintenance, component replacement, emergency service (respond within (4) four hours after notification) and Energy Savings Plan. Responding firms shall (1.) have experience maintaining similar equipment, (2.) must have all necessary test/diagnostic equipment to perform maintenance, (3.) have experienced personnel currently available within its present organizational structure and not rely on subcontractors. This contract will be one (1) year period plus four (4) one-year options. Firms responding should indicate business size. Request for bid package must reach this office within 15 days after date of this publication. The solicitation is anticipated to be available on or about July 31, 2003 with a closing date for receipt of offers on September 3, 2003. Refer to solicitation NO. J5R42002.
