Description

The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) intends to award a sole source cooperative agreement to the National Academy of Sciences, Transportation Research Board (TRB) to perform ?Correlation Services for a National Highway Research, Development, and Technology Program?. The FHWA will coordinate the programs and be responsible for conducting and coordinating with the TRB. The TRB will carry out the national programs and fufill the various missions and obligations mandated by legislation, regulations, and the FHWA.
