- NA This is an acquisition for 12 each external Hoist Kits, NSN 1680-01-505-3913, Part Number BL-29900-30-1. This requirement is restricted to Breeze-Eastern, a Division of Transtechnology Corporation, 700 Liberty Avenue, Union, New Jersey 07083-8198. The cl osing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be cons idered by the Agency. All offerors must meet pre-qualification requirements in order to be eligible for award.
