Description

NA Work will consist of the construction of 26,180 SF of Shops, 20,020 SF of Covered Storage and the renovation of Building 369 in support of a Civil Engineering Complex. Construction will contain tilt-up precast wall panels and structural standing seam meta l roof system to a single story facility housing administrative area, electronics, utilities, HVAC, structures shop and warehouse area. Foundation system shall consist of a drilled piers and grade beam system. Work shall contain general utility, site dev elopment, parking & walkways and other necessary support for the complex. Estimated cost range of this project is $5,000,000 to $10,000,000. Plans and specifications will be available on/or about August 4, 2003, and will be provided on Compact Disk (CD-R OM). THE NUMBER OF CD-ROMS WILL BE LIMITED TO ONE (1) PER FIRM. Plans, specifications, and planholders lists will not be provided in a printed hard copy format. Registration for plans and specifications MUST BE MADE VIA OUR INTERNET HOME PAGE at www.swt .usace.army.mil select Information; Contracting Opportunities. No phone calls to order please.
