Description

The work consists of constructing two car wash facilities. Work includes demolition of existing trees, construction of utilities, concrete slabs, masonry walls, masonry building, and installation of contractor-furnished vehicle wash mechanical and electrical equipment. Project sites are located approximately 20 miles east of Bonanza, Oregon at the Gerber Guard Station, and approximately 12 miles northeast of the town of Fort Rock, Oregon at the Fort Rock Guard Station. Project price range is between $250,000 and $500,000. Estimated start work is May 15, 2004 at the Gerber Guard Station and July 15, 2004 at the Fort Rock Guard Station, with 60 calendar days performance time for each site. Bonds are required - Bid Bond: 20%; Performance Bond: 100%; and Payment Bond: 100%. Estimated issue date is July 21, 2003. Price Evaluation Preference for HUBZone Small Business Concerns is applicable.
