Description: Notice of Intent to award a contract to Excelsior College for college transcript services. These services are to provide official college transcripts for acquisition workforce members in the contracting career field. The service will provide for official college credit for successfully completed Defense Acquisition University and Naval Facilities Acquisition Center for Training courses based on the American Council on Education recommendations. These services are to be provided without the requirement of enrollment in Excelsior, without paying tuition costs, and without the requirement of attending a course at Excelsior. See Note 22
