- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice, and using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; FOB Destination quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is N65538-03-Q-0111, and the solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-14. This solicitation is a 100% small business set-aside, the associated NAICS code is 334515. Line items 0001 - 0003 are as follows: 0001: Nine (9) each Tektronix Oscilloscopes, P/N: TEK-TDS2024 (200MHz, 4 Channel Digital); 0002: Communic ations Extension Module for TDS1000 and TDS2000 series, P/N: TEK-TDS2CMA; 0003: Rackmount Kit for TDS1000 and TDS200 series, P/N: TEK-RM2000. All items will be shipped to the Naval Network & Space Operations Command, Dahlgren, VA. The provision FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition. Offeror will include a completed copy of the provision FAR 52.212-3, Offerors Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with its offer. Clauses FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, FAR 52.232-33, Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer, Central Contractor Registration, DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration apply to this solicitation.
