- Description
- FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to issue a solicitation, using full and open competition, for a firm fixed price contract for general support services for Naval Inventory Control Point (NAVICP) at two site locations, Mechanicsburg, PA and Philadelphia, PA. General support services comprise the following functions: base supply, receiving, mailroom operations and property accounting. This is a best value procurement and offerors will be expected to provide both technical and price proposals. The draft Request for Proposal (RFP) and Performance Work Statement (PWS) for this requirement shall be made available electronically for review on the Navy Electronic Commerce Online website (www.neco.navy.mil) by 18 August 2003. All interested potential offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (www.ccr.gov). NOTE: THE DRAFT RFP WILL NOT RESULT IN THE AWARD OF A CONTRACT. THE ACTUAL SOLICITATION SHALL BE RELEASED AT A FUTURE DATE.
