Description

The purchase of a Oce’ Digital Plotter System, P/N TDS600, 1 ea . Includes multifunction system with four media roll capability; Print Exec LT; Adobe Postscript 3/PDF; controller cabinet; full-day application engineering; full day user training; Help Desk Support (5 pk); keyboard, monitor and mouse; starter kit (toner, developer, and sample media; and ADI driver kit, windows driver kit). Price should also include one year maintenance agreement, and shipping costs. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The following clauses are applicable to subject solicitation: FAR 52.212-1 (Instructions to Offerors), 52.212-2 (Evaluation-Commercial Items), 52.212-3 (Offeror Representations and Certifications – Commercial Items), 52.212-4 (Contract Terms and Conditions – Commercial Items), and 52-212-5 (Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders – Commercial Items). In accordance with Clause 52.212-2, the evaluation factors shall be: price and price related factors. Oral procedures will be used for this solicitation. Quotations should be faxed to Becky Cochran/PKOS, at 478-926-3590 NLT 22 Jul 03. The anticipated award date will be by 24 Jul 03.
