Description: Provide a non-medical residential treatment program designed to facilitate the rehabilitation by placing the alcohol/substance abuser clients in an organized therapeutic environment. It is anticipated that contract will begin September 30, 2003 for a base year, plus 4 prepriced options years. This solicitation will be 100% Buy Indian Set Aside.
