- REQUEST FOR QUOTATION General Information Document Type: Presolicitation Notice Solicitation Number: F01620-03-R0021 Classification Code: 70 General Purpose Information Technology Equipment Description This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2001-14. The proposed procurement will be conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 421430 is based on the size standard of 500 employees. This solicitation is being conducted under full and open competition, however all things being equal, preference will be given to small businesses.
