Description

NA USACE, Engineering Research and Development Center-Construction Engineering Research Laboratory (ERDC-CERL) require services to conduct workshops for implementing deconstruction on army installations. The period of service will be no later than 290 days af ter award. The Contracts Office intends to negotiate a firm-fixed price purchase order on a sole-source basis with the University of Florida for continuation of a program developed by the University of Florida. Request for Quotation: DACA42-03-T-0139 will be issued on or about 30 July 2003 with a closing date of 15 August 2003.
