Description

The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Research Service, Southern Plains Area has a project for renovating building 11 conference room at the Southern Plains Agricultural Research Center in College Station, Texas. The work consists of, but is not limited to the demolition and removal of existing walls, flooring, ceilings, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other items, and the renovation of the conference room in building #11including, but not limited to new walls, flooring, ceilings, finishes, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, window coverings, casework, projector screens, projector, and other items all in accordance with the specifications and drawings. Estimated price range is less than $100,000. The period of performance is 120 calendar days. To request plans and specifications your request MUST BE IN WRITING, on company letterhead and sent to: McCall & Associates-AIA-Architects; 2147 E. Hildebrand Ave.; San Antonio, Texas 78209-6332. Plans and specifications may also be picked up in person at the above address. No telephone requests for the solicitation will be accepted. All requests must reference IFB #10-7MN1-3. The solicitation will be issued o/a July 25, 2003.
