Description: The Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) is conducting a Streamlined Competition under the procedures of the Revised OMB Circular A-76, dated May 29, 2003 for Clerical Support Services at the NRCS office in Colchester, VT. Certain deviations may be incorporated, as approved by OMB, for retention of the previous cost rules or procedures. These services are currently provided by Government personnel. This study will determine whether the work will continue to be performed in-house or whether a solicitation will be issued for conversion to contract. A FedBizOpps announcement stating the study result and establishing a Public Review period will be posted upon the study's completion.
