Description: The United States Marshals Service intends to add two 12-month option periods to the existing contract with the Philadelphia Police Department for perimeter security at the Federal Courthouse Complex. The first option period will begin October 1, 2003. Full law enforcement powers are required including authority to immediately enforce local ordinances and local and state traffic codes and statutes. See note 22.
