Description

Repair Interior Domestic Hot/Cold Pipe, Camp Kinser Tower (CKT) numbers 867 and 868 work includes, but is not limited to removal and replacement with new domestic hot and cold water piping, chilled and hot water piping for cooling and heating system, circulating pumps; provision of fan coil units; cleaning of existing domestic potable water tank and appurtenant piping; provision of new materials for existing structures affected by the construction such as the floor, ceiling, exterior and interior walls; removal and reinstallation of electrical lighting fixtures, heat and smoke detectors; disconnection and reconnection of electrical wiring (and provision of additional wiring where required); painting; and other incidental and related work in accordance with the Contract specifications and drawings.
