Description: Project LXEZ 99-1706, work includes but is not limited to construction of maintenance facility with concrete canopy, office space, toilet, janitor?s closet, all required utilities including sanitary sewer, sewage lift pump, water supply, power service lines and empty conduit system for communication service lines; installation of drive-over weighing scale in the canopy area, plumbing fixtures, air conditioning and ventilation systems, power outlets, lighting fixtures, telephone and LAN outlets and incidental related work in accordance with the specifications and drawings.
