- Description
- The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, vehicles, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform all aseptic and basic housekeeping services as defined in this Statement of Work (SOW), except as specified as government-furnished property and services in Section III of the SOW. Services will be provided to buildings 90, 428, 626, 731, and 754 at Kadena Air Base, Okinawa, Japan. A listing of facilities and overall square footage is provided in Appendix A. The contractor shall perform all required services identified in this SOW in accordance with The American Society for Healthcare Environmental Services of the American Hospital Association (ASHES), The Association for Professionals in Infection Control and Epidemiology (APIC), The Joint Commission on the Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO), The Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), and applicable laws and regulations of the United States, Japan, and other political subdivisions.
