Description: Project No. ZNRE 03-1051, Renovate Alternate PAX Terminal, 1213, Yokota Air Base, work includes but is not limited to the provision of renovation and incidental related work in accordance with the Contract specifications and The performance period for this project is 91 calendar days. Site visit is scheduled at 1330 hours on Bldg 1213. The magnitude of this construction project is between ?12,254,000 and ?30,635,000. Funds are not currently available for this acquisition. THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. THE SUCCESSFUL OFFEROR MUST BE LICENSED AND REGISTERED TO PERFORM WORK IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN.
