Description

This project is required to renovate Room 109, Bldg 8, Yokota Air Base, Japan. Work includes to remove abandoned miscellaneous cables from under raised floor; replace raised floor system, acoustical wall tiles, acoustical ceiling, light ceiling and light fixtures, existing A/C units, and existing double doors; install new fire rated steel double door with electronic cipher lock, shelving and workbenches, a fire protection and detection system; provide electrical outlets, LAN connectors, CATV and phone outlets. Site Orientation is scheduled for 31 July 03 at 1300 at Bldg 8, 730 Air Mobility Squadron, Yokota Air Base, Japan. NOTE: THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. THE SUCCESSFUL OFFEROR MUST BE LICENSED AND REGISTERED TO PERFORM WORK IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN.
