Description

NA The army requires a fixed price contract to Construct Pumping Station, Central Energy Plant, Fort Stewart, Georgia. The work includes but is not necessarily restricted to: Provide and install a packaged high temperature water pumping station consisting o f three pumps, variable speed drives, all controls and piping and packaged pump house. Extend high temperature supply and return mains from the Central Plant to the Pump and House and provide electrical service for the Pump House. Provide and install rem ote differential pressure sensors in three buildings. The NAICS is 238220 and the size standard is $12.0 million. The magnitude of the project is between $250,000 and $500,000. Bid Guarantee and Performance and Payment Bonds are required. Performance t ime for this work is 270 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed. This acquisition is being solicited as unrestricted, full and open competition therefore all firms may submit a bid, which will be considered. The solicitation will be available f or downloading at the time of issue from the Internet Website at: https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi. Paper copies of the solicitation will not be available.
