Description

NA USACE, Engineering Research and Development Center (ERDC) requires the developing and testing of a prototype opacitiy meter. The period of service will be no later than 31 December 2003. This is a sole source follow-on project to prior work with Arcadis and will result in a firm fixed-price purchase order. Request for DACA42-03-T-0140 will be issued on or about 1 August 2003 with a closing date of 15 August 2003. Requests for copies of the solicitation shall be made in writing addressed to: Vburg Consol idated Contracting, Champaign Field Office, Attn: Diane Biggs, PO Box 9005, Champaign IL 61868-9005.
