Description

The work consists of renovating several campsites at Loon Lake Recreation Site. Project price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. NAICS: 237310. Project Site is located Douglas County, Coos Bay District Oregon. This contract includes an option that allows for increased quantities not to exceed forty percent (40%) of the total contract price. Estimated start work is January 12, 2004, and performance time is 90 calendar days. Bonds are required - Bid Bond: 0%; Performance Bond: 20%; and Payment Bond: 100%.
