Description: The purpose of Modification 001 is to cancel RFQ-03-0537. The cancellation of this RFQ is due to the numerous amounts of questions received in response to the synopsis. All questions will be considered in the reevaluation of the Statement of Work (SOW). Once the SOW has been revised the RFQ will be reissued.
