Description

The U.S. Government is interested in leasing either existing or build-to-suit office and related space in Macon, Georgia suitable for use by Tenant for personnel, furnishings and equipment. REQUIRED: Approximately 12,233 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. Offer must be for space in a quality building of sound, substantial construction and location shall embody a professional image. If new constructOffers is offered, site must meet 100 foot security setbacks on all sides. All offers must provide secured parking for 40 government vehicles. All services, utilities, and required tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. LOCATION: Space must be located within the following area: North: Bass Road to the intersection of Bass Road and Arkwright Road, South: Arkwright Road to the intersection of I-75, East: Arkwright Road, and West: I-75. LEASE TERM: Ten (10) years, five (5) years firm for existing locations and fifteen (15)years, five (5) years firm for new construction .
