- Description
- The U. S. Postal Service is soliciting proposals from prequalified contractors for the replacement of THS pavement at the Midway P&DF, San Diego CA. The scope of work includes: removing a portion of existing asphalt parking and maneuvering area and replacing it with concrete; repair remaining asphalt; removal and replacement of existing site lighting. The work is to be completed in 75 days after notice to proceed. Estimated range is $500,000-$850,000. This is an owned facility. The proposal must contain the offeror?s overhead, profit, bonds, insurance, and all other contingencies. No allowance for such items will be made after contract award. The minority subcontracting goal for this contract will be 11%. Offers will not be publicly opened. All proposal information will remain confidential until award.
