- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for quotation (RFQ), F38601-03-Q-S137. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-06. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 333999. Only faxed or e-mailed quotations will be accepted, and request must include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certification – Commercial Items, name, address, cage code, DUNS number, and telephone number with its offer. In addition, the following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial; FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation – Commercial Items, (Price and delivery [FOB destination is desired], in order of importance); FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; and FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items. All contractors must be registered with the Central Contractors Registration to be eligible for award. Award will be made to the quotation which offers the best value to the government based on an integrated assessment of price and delivery time. This procurement is for replacement parts for the Remote Ordnance Neutralization System (RONS). 2 each Spare Parts Kits, P/N B7040-0165 2 each Vehicle Interface Boards P/N D7040-9592 2 each Main Relay Boards P/N D7040-9570 2 each Power Supply Boards P/N B7040-9585 2 each Amplifier P/N AMP-10A 2 each Micro Encoder Board P/N B7050-9525 2 each Switchbox Cable Assembly P/N B7040-8126 2 each Drive Motor Assembly P/N C7040-1419 2 each Drive Amp Alter P/N B7040-4409 2 each Tilt Motor Assy P/N B2021-3511 2 each Shotgun Mount Assy P/N E7040-5150 2 each Single Pan Disrupter Mount Assy P/N D7050-5350 2 each Drive Wheel Assy P/N C7040-1200 All parts identified part numbers are REMOTEC. Items quoted must be compatible with the RONS. Shipping and Handling included. All offers are due no later than 22 July 2003 at 5:00 p.m. EDT.
