Description

Federal Highway Administration's Simplified Acquisitions Department is seeking sources with the intent to issue a Request for Quotation to procure a Material Laboratory Testing system, Direct Tension Test System; the test equipment is required to conform to AASHTO M-320 Standard Specification For Perfromance Graded Asphalt; the system must also meet the specifications set forth in T314, Standard Method of Test for determining the fracture properties of asphalt binder in direct tension;the procurement action will be 100% set aside for small business' unless there are no small business that are able to provide this type of equipment; the estimated dollar amount of this procurement >$25,000 <$60,000; e-mail pmahurin@wfl.fha.dot.gov for the specifications.
