- Firm-Fixed Price Contract (FFP) to furnish all labor, tools, and materials required to disassemble and reassemble at new location a rack mezzanine system and conveyer, to include netting, guards, service desk, ladders and lights for Beale AFB, CA. Only bids for items that are equal to the specifications referred to in the Statement of Work will be accepted. There will be a site visit for this purchase on Monday the 28th of July at 1:00PM (1300) for further information reference solicitation. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business concerns and is under NAICS 541420 with a size standard of $6,000,000. In addition, this solicitation will use competitive Request for Quotation procedures and will only be available by downloading from the EPS web site. Quotes are due no later than 3:00 pm (1500) 31 Jul 2003. FAX quotes, signed by the offeror, are acceptable and shall be submitted prior to the established time and faxed to (530-634-3311 ATTENTION: Colin Fain. Contractors must be registered in the Centralized Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to receive a contract award from any DOD activity.
