Description

NA A Deployment Support Package (DSP) of trainer-unique spares, is required in support of the operation and maintenance of a single deployed LCT. This DSP is only a portion of the initial spares package that shall be procured and assembled by the Apache Proj ect Office, to support the transition of Life Cycle Contractor Support (LCCS) of the LCT to PEO STRICOM, Operations Directorate in FY06. The Government intends to award delivery order 0024 to contract DAAH23-01-G-0024 to sole source contractor McDonnell D ouglas Helicopter Company, Mesa, AZ 85215-9797 under authority and Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1), only one source or a limited number of responsible sources are able to satisfy agency requirements. A techn ical data package suitable for competition is not available and no solicitation will be issued. See Note: 22
