Description
The BIA, Aneth Community School, Montezuma Creek, Utah has a requirement to provide an intercom system at their school. The contractor shall supply and install an intercom system in the Academic Building and the Residential Building. The intercom system in the Academic Building shall consist of: 1 telecenter with cd-cassette, master clock, tone generator, handset (2) and display; 23 speaker/digital clock unit (each classroom, office 225, conference room, library, AV storage, computer server, gym); Call switch at above locations; Ceiling speaker assemblies (corridors); P.A. Horn (outside); Labor, plenum cable and wiremold. The intercom system in the Residential building shall consist of: One desktop intercom unit; 4 wall speakers (each sleeping wing); 4 call switch; 1 P.S. Horn (outside); Labor, plenum cable and wiremold. The contractor will be on-site for complete installation of system, ensure operability, accomplish the goals, objectives and tasks outlined and will provide a finish narrative report regarding the process of the project, significant achievements and findings. All responsible small business sources may submit a quote, which will be considered. This requirement is being solicited as a commercial item in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items; and, as a Request for Quotes in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. All correspondence should include the solicitation number, your full name company name, address and phone and fax numbers. Requests or questions by telephone are strongly discouraged. Faxed quotes will be accepted.
