Description

Provide clerical support (General Clerk II) at the below referenced location (HARRISBURG, PA). Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. through 4:30 p.m., with 1/2 hour for lunch. Contract Length: October 1, 2003 through September 30, 2004, with two possible one year options. Pricing: Service contract wage rate, including health and welfare rate and company mark up. Overtime rate also required. DUTIES: 1) Answer telephone and address tenant concerns. 2) Prepare mailings and other correspondence and administrative shipping. 3) Filing (hard copy and electronic) 4) Scanning 5) Photocopying, faxing, and distribution of correspondence. 6) Must have knowledge of computer software programs, such as Word, Excel, etc. 7) Utilizing the existing software; create, utilize, refine correspondence, spreadsheets, etc., to meet the needs of the office. 8) Prepare security clearance forms. 9) Initiate service calls using proper forms. 10) Maintain a running log book of activity and summarize daily on a computer spreadsheet. Please note: All potential persons who will be employed by the contractor to perform at this location must complete a Fingerprint Card and Personal History Statement for security clearance acceptance before beginning work.
