Description

Robins Air Force Base has a requirement to remove three Liebert Floor Units (Model FH147C-A00) and Upgrade the HVAC system for Building 225. The contractor shall provide all labor, material, tools, equipment, transportation, and supervision to complete all associated work. The NAICS code for this requirement is 238220 with a size standard of $12.0 million. The magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. This requirement will be solicited in-accordance with FAR Part 14, Sealed Bidding. It is our intention to award a firm fixed price contract by Invitation of Bid (IFB). This procurement is 100 percent set-aside for Certified HUBZone contractors. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued electronically on or about 27 May 2003. Paper copies will not be available. Once the solicitation is posted it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review the site frequently for any amendments/updates to any and all documents. It is anticipated that the following viewers will be needed to view the solicitation: Microsoft Word (.doc), Adobe Acrobat Reader (.pdf), WinZip (.zip or .exe), and MaxView/SourceView.exe.
