Description

This notice incorporates AMENDMENT NO. 9 to Solicitation No. 263-03-P(BC)-0044 for the National Institutes of Health (NIH) Property Management Services IAW OMB Circular A-76. This amendment extends the Closing Date and Time to July 29, 2003 at 11:00 AM (local time), provides responses to questions, revisions to Sections I, J, and TE-1, and revises the announcement date. Offerors found to be in the competitive range may be required to give oral presentations (dates and times to be determined). The Amendment and other information for this solicitation can be accessed at the following weblink: http://www.nih.gov/od/olao/oa/contracts/A-76.html. The evaluation and cost comparison results will be announced on or before October 7, 2003. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561210, Facilities Support Services, with a size standard of $23.0 M.
