Description

NOTICE OF INTENT. The Bureau of Customs and Border Protection intends to solicit and award on a sole source basis a requirement to New Technology Management, Inc., for the 'Pilot Phase' test and evaluation of ruggedize computer units on the Northern and Southern Borders. No other company has the system/environment knowledge required to fulfill this requirement. The requirement will be processed under the authority of 41 USC 253(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. No telephone inquiries please.
