- Description
- The work consists of construction of a floodwater retarding structure and raising County Road 1742 to auxiliary spillway elevation. The major items of work are: Clearing and Grubbing-1 lump sum; Erosion Control Mat-900 s.y.; Protective Cover-27 acres; Relief Wells, 12" Dia.- 207 l.f.; Excavation, Common-31,000 c.y.; Earthfill-138,900 c.y.; Drainfill-1,027 c.y.; Placement of Topsoil on Auxiliary Spillway-43,000 s.y.; Reinforced Concrete-74.4 c.y.; Steel Reinforcement-8,761 lbs.; Reinforced Concrete Pressure Pipe, 30" Dia.-230 l.f.; PVC Pipe-942 l.f.; Rock Riprap-4,150 tons; Water Control Slide Gate-1 lump sum; Geotextile-6,500 s.y.; Field Office-1 lump sum; Mobilization & Demobilization-1 lump sum; Traffic Control-1 lump sum; Quality Control-1 lump sum. This work is to be completed within 436 calendar days. Estimated price range for this work is $500,000 to $1,000,000. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation documents will be available on the FedBizOpps website on or about August 8, 2003.
