Description

Work consists of, but is not limited to the following: Site demolition to include existing concrete walks, curb, asphalt concrete paving and base, landscape materials/grass, sod and other features necessary to construct new improvements. Field layout and construction of new concrete curbing, walks, concrete substrate for installation of government furnished pavers, storm drain inlets and piping, rough and finish grading to tolerances indicated, asphalt concrete paving and graded aggregate base, repair/extend existing irrigation system, new pavement striping, installation of government furnished landscape materials, installation of government furnished plaque, installation of government furnished solar lighting, partial demolition of existing canopy, construction of new EIFS covered CMU columns, new light gauge roof trusses, new standing seam metal roof, fascia and soffiting, new soffit light, and other miscellaneous work required to make the project operational. This is an unrestricted acquisition. Estimated magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000.
