Description

NA The Army requires a firm fixed price construction contract to Construct Outside Storage Area, Hunter Army Airfield, Georgia. The work covered by this contract consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials and performing all operations required in con nection with Construct Outside Storage Area, Hunter Army Airfield, Georgia, complete in strict accordance with the specifications and drawings. The work includes, but is not necessarily restricted to the following: (1) Construct an approximate 25,600 squ are foot outdoor gravel storage area; (2) Removal of underground storage tanks; (3) Demolition work; (4) Earthwork; (5) Fencing and (6) Seeding. SIC Code is 1629, NAICS Code is 238990 and the Size Standard is $28,500,000.00. Performance time is 180 calen dar days. Project is UNRESTRICTED. A Site Visit is scheduled for 14 August 2003 at 2:00 PM. Participants will meet at Building 1021, Hunter Army Airfield, Georgia. All responsible business may submit a proposal that will be considered. Magnitude is bet ween $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. The anticipated issue date for this solicitation is 1 August 2003.
