NA These are Questions and Answers to Solicitation Number DABK41-03-T-1003, On-Site Training for Confined Spaces and Structural Rope Rescue Operations at U.S. Army Yuma Proving Ground, Yuma, AZ. Questions/Answers. Q1. Do you want Pro-Board Certification? A1. If you are offering it and it is included in your cost proposal. If not, provide pricing for this Certification. Q2. Will all equipment be supplied by Yuma? A2. No, You are to provide all equipment necessary for hands-on training, which should be included in your cost proposal. Q3. Will training be done on week-end or just through the week? A3. Training will be two (2) consecutive five (5) day training (Monday through Friday). Q4. How many students will be in each 5 day course? A4. A maxi mum of 25 students per class. Q5. Is this a refresher course or new training? A5. This is new training. Q6. Does this bid include travel? If yes, where will we fly? A6. Your cost proposal should be inclusive of the planning and course development, on-site set-up for your number of instructors, on-site class delivery for your number of instructors, per diem and all travel costs to Yuma, Arizona. Q7. Will the base be providing lodging? A7. U.S. Army Yuma Proving Ground will provide no lodging. The response date of 23 July 2003 remains unchanged at 3:00 PM MST.
