- Description
- The US Army TACOM-ARDEC is requiring research in developing processing procedures for Superplastic Forming/Diffusion Bonding (SPF/DB) to refractory materials. Due to the unique fabrication capabilities and expertise in SPF/DB to refractory materials, the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with CTEK Materials, LLC, Tustin, California. This contract action is based on the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies and services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. See Note 22.
